After years of informal testing of different beers, wines and spirits, the owners of Simcoe Brewing Company decided that the only logical thing to do was to open a custom brewery.
So, what exactly is a custom brewery? To put it simply, a custom brewery is a make to order brewery. Because of the specific laws under which we are regulated, we also happen to be an excise tax free facility (excise taxes are what makes alcoholic products expensive).

Tammy, a certified chef, can help you in selecting a wine, cooler,cider or liquer that will not only be fantastic, but will be versatile and fit both your taste and lifestyle.
Dave loves beer. The smell, colour and taste of hops and malts keep Dave entertained. He has the background and experience to help you choose a beer that is correct in both flavor and body.
Having worked at a craft brewery in Kelowna British Columbia, both Tammy and Dave will ensure you're happy with whatever beverage you choose at Simcoe Brewing Company.
