We have a broad selection of wine kits ranging from 4 week kits to 8 week kits. Additionally, our 800 square foot cooler allows us to carry fresh wine juice and to COLD filter all of our wines.

WINEMAKING 101 – Hands on
Our winemaker/owner will guide you through this hands on wine making class teaching all the basics in wine making.
The class will cover a brief overview of wine history, grape varieties and wine styles.
You will also learn what to look for when purchasing a wine kit and how to understand the differences between all those various kits.
The class will cover everything from equipment to proper sanitation to wine making tips, trick and troubleshooting.
The class is approximately 1 hour in length followed by 1 hour of question time.
The cost is $49.95 plus HST.
Classes require a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 25.
Group rates are available. All students must be 19 years of age and provide proof of age.
The first WINEMAKING 101 will be held Tuesday, December 6th at 5:00PM, other dates to follow.
